From the 11th to 15th of July, I’ll be running the 2022 Composer’s Academy of the Cheltenham Festival along with composer Daniel Kidane and violinist Fenella Humphreys; the final day (the 15th) will have a day-long ‘composium’ with works of the five participants and a discussion around the dynamics of the composer-performer relationship and how close collaboration and trust can foster innovation
